Dr. John Schwuchow has been leading Winnebago CUSD #323 since 2017. He earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership from Aurora University.
With the collaboration of staff, students, and community members, Dr. Schwuchow and the Strategic Plan Committee have outlined four areas for improvement throughout the district. These include communication, curriculum, social emotional learning, and facilities.
