To celebrate National Library Week Dorothy Simon Elementary held a bookmark contest, and the following students were named the winners.

On, Wednesday April 10, students from WHS traveled to Hononegah High School to compete against other high school students from Hononegah and Harlem High Schools.

From April 14 -20, the Winnebago CUSD #323 Library Media Program (K-12) joins libraries in schools, campuses and communities nationwide in celebrating National Library Week, a time to highlight the value of libraries, librarians and library workers.

Beautiful Creatures was the debut novel for these two authors. This series is gaining fans as the approaching movie based on this series hits theatres on February 13, 2013.

The WHS Book Club selected Moira Young's Blood Red Road as the book club selection for November and December. Any student that would like to participate should sign up in the library with Mrs. Thompson.
