The National Honor Society is a national organization with local chapters in most high schools and is sponsored by the National Association of Secondary School Principals.
The attached documents, NHS Bylaws, Student Service Log, Student Request to be Excused Form, and a list of NHS Service Projects from the 2010-2011 school year are for student reference and use in regards to National Honor Society.

The WHS Boys Basketball team finished the year with a victory over St. Joesph-Ogden on Sat., March 9 in the IHSA 3rd place game at Carver Arena. The team finished the season with a 33-1 record, the most wins in Winnebago Boys Basketball history. Congratulations players, coaches, families, and Bago Nation on a great season!
The Winnebago Competition Cheer Squad received a First place in their first competition this year at the Belvidere Bucs Winter Classic. The Winnebago Competition Squad consists of three seniors, Jordan Blakely(captain), Kaylee Carlson, and Ashleigh Dunbaugh, three juniors, Kealy Fitzsimmons, Karissa Johnson, and Tyana Mumm, four sophomores, Kassy Carlson, Abbey Carver, Kaylen Fitzsimmons, Allyse
