The National Honor Society is a national organization with local chapters in most high schools and is sponsored by the National Association of Secondary School Principals.
Congratulations to Winnebago Senior Sean Ward State Wrestling Champion. Sean competed this past weekend in the state meet at University of Illinois in the 182 weight class. Sean finished the season 36-1. Congratulations on a great season Sean!
*Letters will be distributed on February 7th 1st hour due to the snow day on Feb 5th. The deadline for Candidate Form submission will remain due on Thursday, February 20th by 3:05 pm.
WHS Key Club and National Honor Society participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk
On October 19 the Winnebago Key Club and National Honor Society participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in Martin Park raising over $700 as a team for the American Cancer Society.
National Honor Society requires that all local chapters bylaws be posted. The following attachment is for the Winnebago Chapter of the National Honor Society. The Winnebago Chapter Advisor of National Honor Society is Mrs. Thompson.
Family and Adult Activity passes are available to purchase in the Winnebago High School Office.
