Welcome from Academic Advisors
We hope the year is off to a great start for your student! Please do not hesitate to contact any staff member at
Winnebago High School as questions or concerns come up during the school year. As Academic Advisors, we will be happy to discuss concerns that you have in regard to your student’s progress, school experience, future plans, and etc.
The Internet is a valuable tool
The Internet is the best way to get information. Many organizations and colleges are not even sending out information on paper.
The Internet is such a valuable tool in fact, much of the information that comes into the Advising Office is by email
or by letter that directs us to websites. Even colleges and training programs have stopped printing information
Review student's four year plan and semester credits during the school year
WHS Academic Advisor's encourage parents to review your student’s 4-year plan worksheet located on page 21 of the Course Description book and to discuss the course plan for the remaining years of high school.
