Transportation Information

For information on transportation for the 2008-2009 school year, please refer to our Transportation page. There, you will find the 2008-2009 form to sign up for transportation,

District Maps, answers to frequently asked questions, and bus rules to review with your children.

Physicals Information

A "full" physical examination is required for students entering preschool, Kindergarten, 6th grade, and 9th grade.   This examination includes a full review of body systems and past medical history, vision and hearing screening, sometimes blood work, and (always) immunization/vaccination records.  These physicals are required for your child to be allowed to attend on the first day of school.  A "full" physical must be completed on the Illinois Department of Public Health's standard physical form for preschool, Kindergarten, 5th, and 9th graders. Your doctor's office will have these forms.

HomeLogic Access

Parents of high school and middle school students may sign up for HomeLogic access. The process is a self-registration form. You will need your child's State ID (9-digit number) for access to this system.

To access HomeLogic, please visit https://homelogic.winnebagoschools.org

We currently have opened only access to grades, assignments, and demographic information. Over time, you will be able to register for classes, view attendance records, and more.

A walk-through for signing up may be found by clicking here. Please note the section on formatting birthdate in the self-sign up area.
