We are proud to offer WebEvent calendars to our district faculty and staff, students, parents, and community members access to the latest calendar of events. As events are re-scheduled, changed, or cancelled, you can count on always having the latest information via our online calendars.

To access our online calendar pages directly from any web browser, please visit http://webevent.winnebagoschools.org.  Online help is available at http://webevent.winnebagoschools.org/help.html or while viewing calendars click on the Help button on the top-left hand navigation bar while viewing calendars.

Calendar features:

  • Flexible view formats - By selecting one or more calendars or choosing a category from the menu, users can view a single calendar, an entire category, or any choice of calendars.
  • Multiple Views - View events by day, week, 2-weeks, month, or year.
  • Printer friendly format - Just click on the “Print” icon while viewing any calendar or calendars you wish to print to open a printer-friendly page for printing.
  • Calendar subscription for public users - Get reminders via email of upcoming events to the calendars of your choice.
  • Event submission from any public user - Submit your event to the community calendar.  Unapproved events will remain hidden until approved by the calendar administrator.
  • Export events to personal calendar - Select any particular event and, with a point and click, export it into any personal desktop calendar application using the industry-standard vCal technology, such as Microsoft Outlook, Palm Desktop, or Apple iCal
