State law requires schools to notify parents/guardians during school registration or parent-teacher conferences that information about sex offenders and violent offenders against youth is available to the public on the Illinois State Police’s website. Physical and Eye Exam Information and Forms

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) requires Illinois students to receive a "full" physical exam within one year of entering any pre-Kindergarten/Early Childhood program, Kindergarten, sixth and ninth grades. Eye and Dental exams are required for Kindergarten and students new to the district. 

Application Process for Fee Waivers

The application process for fee waivers will be separate from the federal lunch free/reduced program. Please use the Application Form for Waiver of Fees. All families, including those who automatically qualify, must submit one form per family to qualify for a fee waiver.
